The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) recently identified 23 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) (or 15 non-responsive ones) as non-compliant with ethics and integrity rules in their 2025 Scorecard, flagging them for intensive System Study & Review (SSR) to address issues like ghost workers, procurement fraud, and failure to establish anti-corruption units, with non-compliant MDAs facing investigation or sanctions for severe governance lapses.
