This wave stretches from Morocco to Madagascar, and even to Kathmandu and Lima.In Morocco, protests under the name “GenZ 212” have quickly spread through major cities. This incident sparked outrage over the country’s struggling healthcare system. Security forces have cracked down on the protests, resulting in several deaths and hundreds injured. Despite the government’s pledge to engage in conversation, protesters are now calling for the resignation of Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch’s administration. For many young activists, this fight is about more than just one movement. It is a demand for equality, dignity, and a voice in shaping their nations’ futures.
