The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has announced a major rise in revenue, hitting ₦5.08 trillion in October 2025, up from the ₦4.27 trillion posted in September.
In its October Monthly Report Summary, the company also revealed that Profit After Tax surged to ₦447 billion — more than double the ₦216 billion recorded the previous month.
Gas production showed strong growth, climbing to 6,997 million standard cubic feet per day, compared to 6,284 mmscf/d in September. Gas sales, measured on an M-2 basis, rose sharply as well, reaching 4,713 mmscf/d against the 3,443 mmscf/d posted earlier.
Crude oil output, however, dipped slightly to 1.58 million barrels per day, down from September’s 1.61 million barrels.
NNPC Ltd also highlighted faster progress on the Ajaokuta Kaduna Kano gas pipeline project, noting that construction activities have intensified as part of its wider infrastructure expansion.
